These days it is difficult to get away from celebs, sports persons or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion.  Social media such as Twitter has really put a cramp on “just having fun” conversations.

Finding anything to talk about that is not contentious is a challenge.

Well, if you are looking for a speaker in Salem who is not a stars, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I am delighted to bring a fun and engaging Winnie-the-Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share fun Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie-the-Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I appreciate doing more than share stories of my collecting escapades so if you need forty-five minutes or four hours filled – I am much like a gas and can fill any time frame needed.

A little background:

I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have crushed my own record multiple times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached in excess of 27,000.  Who knew there were so many items.

I very much relish collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”.   Many Salem individuals consider plush, figurines or books when they imagine the memorabilia.  The collection, however, includes so much more: cake plates, necklaces, sunglasses, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests people most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many amazing “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the country and across the globe.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would appreciate meeting your amazing people in Salem.
