These days it is challenging to get away from celebrities, athletes or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion. Social media such as X has really put a cramp on “just having fun” dialogue.

Finding anything to chat about that is not heated is challenging.

Well, if you are looking for a speaker in Abells Corners who is not a celebrities, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I would appreciate sharing my collecting experience with the guests at your next Abells Corners event or get-together.

I am elated to bring a fun and engaging Winnie-the-Pooh slideshow presentation. During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie the Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I enjoy doing more than share stories of my collecting adventures so if you need forty-five minutes or 4 hours filled – I am much like a gas and can fill any time frame needed.

A little background:

I am flattered to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record numerous times. My initial record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed in excess of 27,000. Who knew there were so many items.

I very much love collecting Winnie-the-Pooh “items”. Many Abells Corners people consider stuffies, figurines or books when they envision the keepsakes. The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: cake plates, rings, sweatshirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many magnificent “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the globe.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would relish meeting your amazing guests in Abells Corners.
