A brief background:

I am flattered to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have smashed my own record multiple times. My initial record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached in excess of 27,000. Who knew there were so many items.

I very much love collecting Winnie-the-Pooh “items”. Many Troy individuals think of plush, figurines or books when they envision the keepsakes. The collection, however, takes into account so much more: cake plates, rings, t-shirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many amazing “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would relish meeting your amazing guests in Troy.
