Nowadays it is hard to get away from celebs, sports persons or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion. Social media such as Twitter has really put a cramp on “just having fun” dialogue.

Finding anything to chat about that is not contentious is challenging.

I am elated to bring a entertaining and engaging Winnie the Pooh slideshow presentation. During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Winnie-the-Pooh Quiz Questions and Pooh quotes with a musical background.

A brief background:

I am honored to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have smashed my own record several times. My first record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached to over 27,000. Who knew there were so many things.

I very much enjoy collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”. Many Lannon people consider stuffies, figurines or books when they envision the memorabilia. The collection, however, takes into account so much more: cake plates, bracelets, shirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many wonderful “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the country and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people. I would relish meeting your amazing people in Lannon.
